Huge Mt. Crested Butte views from the deck of this newly renovated Eagles Nest Townhouse. Full renovation, with high end finishes, recently completed in September 2017.

This home in Mt. Crested Butte is warm and inviting with every modern convenience, but still simplistic. It is a place to connect, relax and recharge.

The home should be a sanctuary where you can have a sense of calm. This was core to the design concept when the place underwent a full renovation, recently completed in September 2017. The home is designed around the idea that a clean, uncluttered space allows the mind to rest.

The desire for a non-toxic indoor environment lead to the use of natural materials to insure indoor air quality (i.e. solid hardwood floor, wool carpet and rugs, formaldehyde free mattresses, low VOC paint). Furthermore, natural cleaning agents are used in the kitchen and provided for the dishwasher. Linens are steam washed with detergent free of perfume and dyes.

Heating: Woodstove provides the ultimate winter warmth and ski chalet ambiance. Throughout the house Envi wall panel heaters move air quietly by creating a convection current (no fan), which keeps a balanced temperature profile in each room. Plus, heated tile floors in each bathroom.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen for cooking family style meals. Bosch appliances. All-clad pots and pans.

Dining Room: Adjustable table with seating for eight. Perfect setting for family style dinner and board games.

Living Room: You will be captivated by the woodstove, stone work, and hearth. Many options for comfortable lounging while reading or conversing with friends and family. Take in the view from the private deck. Settle in for a movie using the Smart TV.

Master Bedroom: Wake fully rested after a good night’s sleep on a high-density natural latex mattress. With a blend of pocketed coil, micro-coil, and latex… the bed boasts an outstanding feel - this is the bed you tell your friends about! Private in suite bathroom, heated floor, large walk-in shower. Step out on the private deck for big Mt. Crested Butte views. Queen bed sleeps two comfortably.

Guest Bedroom: This room offers a great sleeping experience on the classic construction of a pocketed coil mattress with the natural comfort of latex foam. The desk provides a place to knock out a few emails if necessary. This is a well-appointed space with a queen bed, comfortable for two. Steps down the hall is a full bathroom, complete with heated floor.

Third Bedroom: Up another level is the bunk room. This room boast a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle. Comfortably sleeps four. Large closet and lots of light!

Lighting: LED dimmable lighting in most rooms.

Parking: Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Please note that the parking lots are first come, first serve and the parking pass does not guarantee a parking space.

Garage: This townhouse has a private garage for storing your bikes, skis and other toys at the end of the day. The garage is for toys only, no vehicles please.

The driveway is steep, 4x4 or AWD is highly recommended during winter months.
